"The room needed updating ripped wallpaper and carpeting was tore. Rusty fixtures in bathroom. My grandkids and son enjoyed the water park. How ever they stated they found little items in the pool, key ring, hair clip. I did not think my room was not worth $500.00 plus dollars for one night."

"This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. Check in was fine but the suite was severely neglected. The room had an odor, the floors were sticky, there was black mold on the ceilings, there were cobwebs everywhere, the smoke detector was sitting on the bathroom sink with the battery out of it, there was a large white mystery stain on the curtains, the tv did not work, and, to top it off we found a bedbug. We booked this hotel because they accepted dogs, but luckily we did not end up bringing our dog on this trip because we would not have wanted him laying on that hotel room floor, it was that bad!"
