"Hotel was conveniently located. The entire hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, but had every thing we needed. Coffee and tea was available 24/7, we loved that. My only suggestion would be that they change sheets every other day."

"The property was well taken care of. The room was good size with a sitting area, kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was typical and very fresh. Plenty of eating space. My only complaint is that Marriott does not give points if you make the reservation from a third party. So I missed out on thst. "

"Room was clean , but seemed a little out dated, the sliding door to bedroom did not work completely, but that was ok we did t use it . Maybe we are being picky but over all stay was ok "

"Rooms smell like weed, pull out couch stained and gross. Trash all around property. Pool is dirty, hot tub broken. Area is sketchy. Breakfast is ok, to be expected for this level of lodging. Would not come here again though. "

"Parking is limited so the less cars the better. The restaurant at front is really good(if you don’t speak Spanish a translator app works well). The staff was easy to get a hold of for items we needed and the room was ready clean"

"Looks like brand new property but it was spotless and VERY quiet at night. We had 2 small dogs but were worried they might bark at noises they weren't used to but we could hardly hear anything including people coming and going from their rooms or the elevator (which our room was fairly close to). Everything was great and staff were very helpful and courteous."

"The staff was amazing. So nice and attentive. Our room lock was malfunctioning but they had it fixed the next morning. The only downfall was not the fault of the Best Western - two nights in a row, other guests came in just before 3am and woke everyone up. In the parking lot, stomping in their rooms, beeping their car alarms. Annoying, but I know they were on vacation. Not the end of the world. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Room in general was clean but I did find some remnant hairs in the shower. Otherwise it was clean. PS we also bring our own Clorox wipes to give things a clean as well. Staff was the best part! Super helpful. Kind of a funny/ weird moment but I had asked for ice in my thermos and the gentleman at the front desk poured the ice as though he only had only a few ice cubes left lol"

"It’s an older property and the bathrooms need to be updated. Painting the original Pink Tile white is Not an Upgrade. The Room was Ok it wasn’t great. But it’s Not expensive either for being in Los Gatos so that’s a plus. Thomas H."
