"It’s an old hotel.Needs renovation.The advertisement in Expedia says it includes breakfast but no breakfast in the hotel. The room is clean but sink not draining well but it was fixed at once by Cris. Despite of the above comments, Cris the manager was super nice. False advertisement by Expedia. No breakfast in the hotel!"

"Everything was almost perfect! This place was almost spotless' wide variety of breakfast, clean and nice gym. My floor on the 5th ..the ice and water machine didn't work at all. Had to go to another floor. They gave you two small water bottles with check in. They cleaned every other day. Had fridge microwave stuff to cook with. "The owner and family take great pride in their motel. While few amenities, the place is comfortable, has a great location with walkable amenities nearby, and is very reasonably priced considering its locale. Hard to find quality "mom and pop" type places anymore. A pleasure to support them."

The room itself was very quiet (no loud neighbors or slamming doors) and the bed was super comfy. Housekeeping was incredibly quick to deliver anything we needed to the room. Plus, you can't beat the location for getting to the airport, Santa Clara University, or shopping at Santana Row and Valley Fair....
