Staff was helpful and room was relatively clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to food and stores. The room did not have a window though and the transport from the airport mentioned in the description of the hotel does not exist.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located with helpful staff. I had a comfortable room with the most beautiful view overlooking Kok Tobe and the mountains.

This was an excellent place to stay if you are a solo traveller and looking for a convenient location and a comfortable bed with breakfast provided. It is clean and friendly.
