"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, shuttle and evening receptions were amenities that we appreciated."

"Our room has been updated and was wonderful & comfortable. However, the " wood" floors were not cleaned for awhile! My white socks were filthy. Great hot breakfast! Don't miss it! Pool, hot tub and area looked well cared for. Only 7 min. drive to airport but a shot of country around it. Hall carpet has some stains and outdoor " smoking " & relaxing gazebo could be cleaned up better & more attractive for all. Bottom line, I'd still stay here again."

"The room was surprisingly large, and the bed was very comfortable. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. It seemed like a very nice neighborhood as well. Their breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast, they had pancakes and rolls and toast and fruit and juice and coffee and oatmeal. It was really quite good."

"There was only one staff at the front desk when we checked in, who answered phones and greeted guests. It took 10-15 min before we reached the counter. The staffing level did not seem to be appropriate. There was a lot of personal information being requested during check-in, more so than any other hotels we stayed at and did not seem necessary. While the lobby was very nicely modernized, the guest rooms dated back 30 years. The bathroom was dim and cramped, and felt like a dungeon. We...

"Property, everything was wonderful I tried to explain that I made a mistake and couldn’t get my money back or transfer to a different property. I made a miscalculation and the day. I paid for it. Just like the app says. No refund."

"Front desk was helpful and kind. There was a long line and he got through us quickly and kindly. The trash was over filling going into the elevator - probably the only con for us. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC worked. Location was close to shopping, food and the ymca gym. Was perfect for our family!"

"Two queen beds and pull out couch with kitchen and nice grill… it was a great last stop for a big family before super early next am flight. Shuttle was on time and easy."
