"The room was excellent, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good - freshly made omelette to order was favourite. The staff were always helpful and polite. The location was very good for local food & drink and transport links. The trams and buses are very good. The bar was not open very much when we stayed, this was advertised that the opening hours were such though so we knew this but would have enjoyed having a drink at more flexible times in the bar."

"Very convenient for the train station and Eurostar as it's across the road and very easy to travel into the centre via public transport. The centre is walkable but takes about 20/30 minutes. There is a vending machine in reception for snacks and a bar also serving food. Staff were very friendly. We would look to stay again if visiting Brussels or passing through."

"I liked the free hot drinks. The reception staff were friendly. The bar area was nice to sit in at night. The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. Air con didn’t really work. The breakfast area was too crowded."

"I was told as soon as I arrived that it was ok to park in front of the hotel. I come out 12 hours later to check out and my car was broken into and my passports stolen. The cameras only face about 2 parking spots. The guy working said he heard the alarm sound 15 minutes before I came out but didn’t think to call the cops or try anything to get the thief out of the car. The hotel was decent but my experience was horrible."
