We sat on the rooftop terrace one afternoon and felt quite spoiled when the delivered wine to us even though we were quite happy to carry it ourselves. We felt quite spoiled! The room was clean and lovely and the bed and pillows were extremely comfy. We will definitely return next year. A wonderful time in Altea! "

"Nice big clean room ..however ..most uncomfortable beds. They need replacing ..the creaking noises were horrendous..only way to stop this was to sleep upside down in the bed..not good. View was fantastic Hotel decor could do with a spruce up. Staff were fabulous"

"Noone at the reception. Tried calling multiple times but no reply. Finally sended at message on WhatsApp and someone showed up. The room is ON the train rails. Sound like it’s going through your head. Otherwise okay clean room. "

"The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!"
