He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. "Everything was perfect, the only thing that I think it need to be corrected is on Expedia it shows that the check in is at 6:00am. The staff that works here are nice. "

"ドアが完全に閉まらない。鍵がかからない。鍵がもらえない。部屋のトイレと洗面所の水が出ない。朝食の時間が8-9時とアプリとは違う。それなりに助けてはくれるが、オススメのホテルではない。"

"Clean and spacious room, bathroom was clean as well but no hot shower when I used it. They have a very nice living room and dining area to chill in. There is a kitchen but cooking is not allowed. About 10-15 mins walk to the Plaza, bus terminal, and the cable car. Close to many things but feels a tiny little bit like an uphill trek."
