"On check-in, I had to use the downstairs restroom facility. It was disgusting. The toilet had not been cleaned and was smeared with feces. The smell permeated everything and I could swear traces of it remained as I went upstairs. The room was okay; however, problems with the TV and Wifi. On the TV, there are no instructions on how to get to the channel guide. You have to take time to find it out of over 200 channels. Also, I use a firestick. The HDMI ports on the TV were either disabled...

"The front staff was helpful but only had one staffed; so when it was busy, there was a long wait time. Now for the unfortunate parts...I had to stand at the front desk awkwardly while the desk staff argued with a cleaning staff for quite a few minutes. We had to move rooms because our bathroom door was broken and wouldn't stay closed. The new room had no hair dryer and the staff was too busy to get one or find one, so we had to go back to our first room ourselves and get that hair dryer. The...

"First - if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. This hotel's construction is a touch lightweight - we could hear footsteps on floor above & TV in room next door.

Staff is extraordinarily friendly & helpful.
Room is nothing fancy, but...
