"Right next to the interstate. Very loud. You walk right out of the front door to a small parking lot and an off ramp."

"Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites."

"Thin walls. Rowdy guests slamming doors and partying in the pool until 1am. Our room had exposed outlets and a toilet that rocked back and forth when you sat down. The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't get breakfast as there was not a seat open. Husband noted that the gym had a couple of machines that were not working. We will skip this one next time."

She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. "This facility is in need of attention. It is suffering deferred maintenance and is not being kept clean. Our toilet leaked. The ice machine was out of order for the weekend. Front desk staff received four stars but would have received five had the young lady at our first check-in been able to comprehend what we were saying in plain English. We believe she was fairly new at her position. Breakfast was powdered eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, and yogurt. All good, except the eggs. ...

"My first impression of the front office was that it was dingy and badly in need of new paint. The door frame was peeling and the area looked run down. The first room assigned had a very musty smell, a large dead roach in the floor and peeling shower. Front desk staff was able to assign a different room with no problem. Second room had a dehumidifier running which helped but shower was peeling in that room too. Had to request a clean sheet as there was a questionable stain on one of them....
