"We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Fox Kandy and could not be happier with the experience. The room, hotel, facilities and grounds were spotless. Thank you Yasim for looking after our room. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and ate at the hotel on two nights, the food for all meals was really good quality. Special mention to all the staff who were all polite and courteous and were always on hand to help. Thank you all and we hope to stay again in the future."

"Hotel staff very friendly and polite. Keen to make you feel welcome. Loved the pool/ bar area surrounded lush vegetation. Great stay."

"Lovely people, great view over the lake and countryside beyond, wonderful room. Breakfast was outstanding. Really enjoyed our stay at Jetwing lake - which we used as a base for visiting the incredible sights in the area (Dambulla, Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa)"

"I made a reservation for Hotel Topaz in NV , USA. When í checked in, reservation was for Hotel Topaz in Sri Lanka. BIG MISTAKE!!!!

"Do not deal with this lodge. We originally booked 2 nights. Due to terrible circumstances in Sri Lanka, we couldn’t make it on the first night due to flooding and access to the lodge. The next day, the lodge told us again not to go there as it was still not clear and unsafe. Therefore, I requested a refund like the day before because it wasn’t our choice not to visit, but the lodge. Since this, there has been no reply to emails or refund requests to explain.
