"The property is absolutely beautiful, all lawns trees flowers so well kept, gorgeous and peaceful. Kadek the host provided exceptional service with meals and many other key services such as arranging our snorkeling trip, which was led by a super guide who knew the area well, the star fish and turtle really were beautiful. The room so clean and luxurious, breakfasts delicious, pool wonderful and right on beach where we also snorkeled just 10 meters out. Thank you so much Kadek and all staff."
"I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay."
"Overall Shankara Parada is a nice place. Staff is very friendly, grounds were nice & location was perfect for all activities (Lipah Beach is a steep stairwell walk away). But outside of these here are my challenges with the property. There are only 2 units which have decent views. Each unit lacks a formal kitchen. The pillows I found to hard & not comfortable. Toughest time sleeping. Our unit (2 bedrooms) didn't have a place to comfortably sit. Lacked any living room comforts & our view to the ocean/sunrise was blocked by numerous trees. The only way to see the sunrise (which had a huge telephone pole in it) was where they serve breakfast (which we never experienced). Would I stay here again. Probably not. One caveat, which my family loved, was the puppy & mother dog who they wanted to take home...LOL...
The property does require a lot of walking stairs so if you're open to getting in a few steps you might like it..."
