"Bota is unique place & we felt very privileged to have stay within. I was unfortunately very sick & Mary is a beautiful caring staff member.Exceptional at her trade. Especially her breakfasts with fresh squeeze orange juice & lemon & ginger tea.
Karla also provided impeccable service & we highly recommend Bota Palace.
The only suggestions we could pin point is to provide visible reading instructions on the air conditioner ,Television & remotes .

"Our stay at Guesthouse Forty Four was amazing from start to finish. The location is right in the centre of the old town so was very convenient and the premises were very clean and comfortable. However, most of all the customer service is outstanding with all staff members going the extra mile to welcome us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. "Amazing stay and location, we loved the attic apartment. It was clean, great shower, two tvs, and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We would stay again, however two things to note- for attic room you have to step across staircase to get to room from living room, we kind of got used to it but it was a safety hazard. And on checkout day we were told to leave our luggage in a back room that had no lock, not ideal but fine, and when we came back our suitcases were left in reception...
