"The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great."

I highly recommend asking for a room far away from the house-keeping closet space because they are constantly in and out and shutting doors at all hours of the day.
