"Brand new and feels like it. Staff was super helpful and very kind. Everyone had a smile and was amazing. The staff at the desk were so nice. I got in a little early and they didn’t give me a hard time and found a room that was ready early. That is so appreciated when you had to catch 2 flights to get there. Loved this property and will be back."

"I have the room 2002 and it’s so bad. There's a hole in the floor when you enter the room. The bathroom is full of mold and super dirty , terribly cleaned, and the carpet is filthy. This is not a Marriott standard cleaning. "

"Breakfast was ok rooms need to be worked on paint was peeling in tab air conditioner need to be cleaned or replaced and every room should have a plunger in it but customer service was wonderful "

"Looks neat thing like the pictures. Very scary neighborhood. Person riding bike in the hall. Lady walking up and down the hall playing music. Very minimal updates. Previous reviews very misleading"

"The breakfast was ok, the room was clean and the bed and a/c all really good. The roll in shower though was good except water leaked all over the floor and had to use all the towels to mop it up. The sink water pressure was very week. But all and all was a pretty good room."
