"Upon arrival I was given a room that someone was already staying in. Pretty terrifying to walk in and there be another person in there"

"They put a lot of time and money into the renovation of the lobby. There was, however, a lot of trash in the parking lot and no renovation in the rooms. There was no phone in the room to call the lobby. I had to go back down to get a code for the wifi. Everything is a scan-a-code for self-check-in. Scan a code for the wifi. The only food available was a little corner of microwave stuff and chips... self-scan. I prefer a little more human assistance after driving all day."

"No WIFI until Monday (checked in Saturday)... that's fine. We'll survive. Got ready for the pool. Opened a door to what I thought was the pool. Looked like a storage room and covers/ tarps on the ground. Turns out that was the pool. Was told the poolis closed. Front desk claimed a pipe burst a few days prior. I call BS. With the amount of stuff in that room, it looks like they purposely closed the pool down. The next morning, there was a lock and chain on that door. Rented 2 rooms. One room...

"Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Room was clean. Staff were nice. Hotel is older but has been renovated. The bed was a bit more firm than I would have liked it to be. Room was very spacious."

"Loved the king suite. I was traveling solo with my 6 month old baby and this was the perfect setup for us. Very quiet and safe area and the space was perfect to give her a quiet space for naps while giving me space to enjoy my stay without disturbing her. Great high chairs in the dining area as well and a wonderful pool as well. 10/10 recommend. If I visit again I will definitely be staying there again"
