"I have the room 2002 and it’s so bad. There's a hole in the floor when you enter the room. The bathroom is full of mold and super dirty , terribly cleaned, and the carpet is filthy. This is not a Marriott standard cleaning. "

"The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. The only thing that worked well was the AC. Even the additional lock on the door was missing. I have pictures and will add if able to"

"The staff was just as disgusting as the hotel itself. No customer service at all!! I stayed there all of 1 hour while I looked for another hotel. Absolutely disgusting"

"Pool was not opened as advertised and was closed with a cover. We booked here because it had a swimming pool and our 4 kids were extremely disappointed. The place needed a deep scrubbing. Orange and green puffy mold was growing in our room in the ceiling and the whole room smelled like gym socks. Our sheets and bedding felt wet the room was so humid even with AC continually running. Kids socks were dirty from the carpet. The bathroom has 1 dim bulb in the shower area and you can hardly see."

"The hotel is under renovation which we did not know when booked. A little annoying to come into but they do have free breakfast while construction continues. The front door locks after 6 which is strange and they don’t accept certain debit cards for payments or deposits."

"Convenient location. Breakfast was good. Unable to try the pool as it was packed! Room was not very clean but it was a nice large room. Overall a nice hotel"

"The pool is not open that was a lie then we get to our room there’s a bonnet and sex toy in the bed “how was the room cleaned prior to our stay”? It’s states breakfast well they have nun front desk stated there hasn’t been none since they took over lastly there are no pots to cook at all in the unit no dish soap and then the luggage carrier broke into pieces old and rusty! I was very unsatisfied with my stay ! Hopefully as it get renovated you guys do better ! You can’t even get a cup of coffee...

"To start, the front desk guy was very unenthusiastic about his job. One word answers to questions. Biggest issue was the state of our room. Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff. Needs a full makeover. No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained."
