The hotel was conveniently located, as my child was doing a camp over at Springfield College and we didn’t want to stay right in the city. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The only thing we would have appreciated better would have been breakfast included.

Room was clean and neat. Staff was very friendly and professional. Nice amenities - very good free fresh baked cookies, snacks and water, coffee/tea. Nice bathroom. Small fridge- great for leftovers or cooling beverages. Microwave. Excellent tv. Great bed linens. Plenty of towels. Oh, and nice bathrobes ...
