Our room was very clean, beds comfortable and heat worked well An important consideration since we were there during the end of January freeze! We had more than enough towels. They were not the thick fluffy kind, and also not the thin kind. They were thick enough to do the job. The shower was super. Breakfast was the typical buffet tthat you you get in most hotels"

"This is such a cute place to stay, it was our first time here but we already have plans to go back. The caboose rooms are adorable, very clean & comfortable with parking right out front of each individual train car. Staff was super friendly & helpful, you can tell they really enjoy working there. The weather wasn't great so we missed out on the petting zoo & buggy rides, definitely looking forward to both next time."

"Our second time at this hotel, the rooms are extremely spacious, great for couples or families. The hospitality shown at the front desk and housekeeping was outstanding! But what impressed us the most, is we did have a couple issues with our room. Nothing that could not be solved. The management handled it with efficiency and were very accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely return when in the Lancaster area."
