"This is a very charming inn. The furnishings are dated, however, it is ok, given the location. It is a great place to stay, however, they do need to update the mattresses the new generation pillow tops."

"Expedia dropped the ball on sending me a check in routine. Code for door. I made a call to HILLSIDE AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE HELP THEY GAVE. Beautiful view. Very nice setup. We would definitely would stay again. Very Clean. Common area was great for gatherings."

"We were in the room toward the front of Berlin Resort. The back rooms had a porch facing the landscaped grounds behind them. Our room was nicely furnished but we’d have preferred the rooms with the porch and rocking chairs if we would’ve known they were available ."

"We love the place, especially the lobby area. We love hanging out there in the evening, reading, talking and play games by the fire! Everyone is very friendly and kind. The food is good although we wish you had waffles and good bacon more often. The place is very clean! The pool may need cleaned, and warmed up a little more. Please get some firm pillows 😉😁, But overall it's a really nice place and we will be back!!❤️"

"We did not feel as secure as we do with key entry. The water pressure in the sink was low. The bed was warm and comfortable. The shower and tub were very nice and clean. The fireplace was relaxing. It was quiet. We did not have time to use the hot tub. We had a good trip and would stay here again."
