No wine lists at any restaurant or bar No champagne available as it was last year No fresh pool towels all week App bookings did not work Tennis courts at Elissa not open despite booking coaching there, had to go to helea and play on a multisport area All feels like a sham, the marketing sells it as an Ikos equivalent but we experienced nothing like it, not sure how it can claim to be 5* "

"The rooms are to small, the food had no seasoning nor taste. There was no turn down service. Most staff didn’t know English and over all value not worth the money I paid to stay there. Would I recommend this hotel to my colleagues friends or family NO! "
