"Geweldig hotel"

"Casa dei Delfini was one of the best hotel experiences that myself and my wife have had in Greece. (We come here twice a year) . The host, Katerina ,warmly welcomed us after a long day and showed up the hotel amenities. The room was compact yet spacious , full of architectural elements that harkened back to its Venetian/ottoman roots. The bed was beautiful with high quality linens and the room was spotless. The breakfast and coffee were fantastic with many Cretan dishes and freshly prepared...

"Alles perfekt. Wirklich schöne kleine Hotelanlage, tolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Das kretische Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen (uns hat sogar eine Portion mit einem extra Joghurt für 2 Personen gereicht). Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

My wife was surprised when two Dutch couples presented her with a small gift, singing Happy Birthday on her birthday. Parking on site. Close to all amenities. Shout out to Anna & Constantina."

"The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. While the rooms themselves were quite pleasant and well-maintained, the buffet offerings were unfortunately below our expectations. We also found the path to the beach to be unclear and somewhat difficult to navigate. Despite these minor drawbacks, the kindness of the staff made for a generally positive experience. We hope future guests will find the directions to the beach more straightforward."

"Perfect location"

"Booked a “Superior” room and they gave us a broom closet. We were supposed to have twin beds, but they gave us a king. Housekeeping then converted it into two twin beds pressed up against one another. Not like the photos at all (or my prior stay at the hotel). When I mentioned this, reception gave me he key to a larger room to look at. It was in line with the hotel photos, but the safe in this room was tiny and could not hold my valuables (the safe in the first room could). When I mentioned...
