Good Food

We were a family of 3 adults. The room was comfortable but needs updating, like new bed linen and duvets. We had the half board option, the breakfast and dinner was very good. Service in restaurant and front desk also very good. Overall we had a good stay here. Good location.

Not worth for its price

The check out time of 10 am is never good. The breakfast is below average.There are many better locations in Amritsar to choose from. The hotel keeps having events (including hosting entrance exams like IELTS) hence it is always noisy and discomforting. The rooms are worn out. The layout of rooms is a bit claustrophobic. Air conditioning does not work properly.

Nice hotel with good location and courteous staff

I had a good stay at Humble UNA. The staff is very courteous and the property is good in terms of amenities, cleanliness, and location. It has nice small things, like complimentary mineral water, that add value to your stay. Couple of things that can be improved upon: 1. Looks like they have to do a special procedure for hot water in the rooms, because it was not available 24 hrs, not a huge disappointment as I had to call house keeping to get it on as they did it promptly. 2. Breakfast could be a tad better if it were to have a wider spread Overall a good experience, I would stay here again.

Good location

Over all - quite good. Couple of issues: the safety box in the room was not open and also was not secured to anything - in other words someone could just walk away with it. I did not get any response from the management when I asked for it to be opened as well as secured with screws to the shelf it was sitting on. Also, stairs did not have any railing - that could be a major hazard for kids and older folks who decide to use stairs instead of elevator to go from one floor to the other.
