"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is tiny but typical, I think, of European hotel rooms. The restaurant onsite served breakfast and lunch, and our breakfast buffet was included. Very fullsome with multiple bread options, cereals, two style of eggs, bacon and sausage and pancakes. The hotel is very well situated. Multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk either way. 6-7 minute walk to the Central Station. If you are a walker, you can walk to most of the museums and other sites in about 20 minutes. If not, ubers and taxis are plentiful. I would definitely stay here again."

Some sort of electrical fuse that was emitting noise. We were moved to another room that was next to the kitchen so that was fine until about 6am when they began prepping for breakfast. Aside from that- it was clean and was adequate for what Americans would expect. Staff was helpful despite the 4am move and from kitchen both responses: we are sorry about that"
