The resturant is now closed which was inconvenient. A bit noisy from other rooms. Not the hotels fault, but the military is outside all hours and make alot of noise.

The room was comfortable and met our needs. We met a cruise ship, which was a quick walk over to the port from the hotel. The bed and bathroom were adequate for our needs.

The room itself was a 5 out of 5. What I did not like is 1) no staff present after 5 pm. I just happened to be there at 4:50 pm. 2) the young receptionist was going to charge me the full rate saying he had no record of payment. Luckily for me, I had brought my receipt showing proof of payment. Finally, when we left the room that night for a couple hours, I could not find a way to lock the door, so anyone with a key card could have entered the room to steal my belongings. The room was great, but the service was non existent.

Ein nettes Hotel mit wunderbarem Restaurant Kanteen25 daneben. Besonders der Standort ist hervorragend, um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gelangen und morgens noch eben ein Bad in der offenen Badeanstalt zu nehmen. 😆

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue was we were offered a welcome drink in the restaurant and when we went to enjoy it we were told it was permanentely closed! No breakfast was frustrating.

Very clean and safe stay. Tucked away from the busy town, this smaller hotel had a safe and quiet neighborhood. The facility was very clean, comfy beds, and very helpful staff. We were able to keep our bags there securely before and after check in/out. Would recommend!

Check in was easy, room was clean and hotel is in an excellent location. A little noisy at night as it’s on a popular canal. We rented bikes and had some issues and the staff was no help at all.

The property itself was fine. I had a fall in the adjacent restaurant that left me with a slight concussion. So needless to say that wasn’t the fault of the Rooms25. I would recommend the hotel for anyone needing a quick couple nights before a cruise. Amsterdam was beautiful.

Non avrei potuto trovare un posto migliore. A circa 30 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro, è ben collegato anche con i mezzi pubblici, mentre Uber rende gli spostamenti semplici, veloci ed economici. Tutto è pulito, curato ed efficiente e la zona è viva e piena di energia, ma mai caotica o molesta: un equilibrio davvero piacevole. Il personale è cortese, disponibile, educato e simpatico. Ho apprezzato molto anche il self check-in, semplice, comodo e ben organizzato. È uno di quei posti in cui, appena arrivato, ho pensato che avrei voluto fermarmi più a lungo. Se avessi potuto, sarei sicuramente rimasto qualche giorno in più. Un luogo che lascia davvero la voglia di tornare. I couldn’t have found a better place. About a 30-minute walk from the station and city centre, it is also well connected by public transport, while Uber makes getting around easy, fast and affordable. Everything is clean, well-kept and efficient, and the neighbourhood is lively and full of energy without ever being noisy or intrusive. The staff are kind, helpful, polite and genuinely friendly. I also really appreciated the simple and convenient self check-in. It is one of those places where you immediately wish you could stay longer. If I’d had the chance, I would definitely have stayed a few more days. A place that truly leaves you wanting to come back.

Very complex process for entry and exit if needing transport. Reception staff not at all cooperative about assisting for smooth pick up or entry. This even worse due to long walk to gate area.

The wifi signal on the 4th floor was non-existant to the point that we had to go down to the lobby to use it. There were several lights in our room that were broken and or didn't work. The breakfast "buffet" was not a buffet - only about 5-6 items (not worth 19 euros). We were there in summer, and while it was warmer than normal for that area, there is no air conditioning in the rooms which made it uncomfortable to relax or sleep.
