Breakfast wasn’t included, thought it would be for the price. No coffee pot in room. Air conditioning thermostat didn’t work either. Didn’t realize until I was ready for bed and got hot. Shuttle was nice

The hotel is amazing, the staff super helpful, but the location is a 10-15-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station, so if you're carrying your luggage, it's not easy.
