"The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid."

"事前に送迎を頼んでおいたが、来ておらず。タクシーでホテルへ行くも、ホテルが見当たらず、何故か他の名前の場所で待たされる事30分。チェックインは更に他の場所へ移動して（この場所が判りずらい）のLINE指示でのチェックイン。シャワーは暖かくならないし、LINEで問い合わせてもすぐに返事は来ず。結構高台にあるので徒歩での移動は階段の上り下りがきついです。"

"Do not waste your money on this place! The pictures of the property are cleverly taken to deceive you into thinking that this is a well looked after resort. We (2 couples) booked 2 over water bungalows that we had to pay up front for. We stayed 1 night in one and 2 nights in the other. We ended up booking into the resort next door for the remainder of our time losing our money already paid (they resold our bungalows).
