"The servers at breakfast buffet should be more proactive in waiting on the customers, not just clearing their dishes. Offering them another cup of coffee or tea. Instead of standing in the corner chatting with each other. Almost every day I had to tell them they ran out of coffee or cay. Also, the coffee machine that made special coffees, only worked 1 day out of 5."

The hotel in general was well run and the staff overall were impressive. A hotel can be luxurious and nicely decorated etc but what makes the real difference is the staff. Biz family roomda kaldık 2 ayrı oda ve banyo olduğu için 4 kişi çok rahat ettik.ihtiyacımız olduğunda eksiklerimiz tamamladılar,temizlik istediğimizde hemen yaptılar.
