We were very happy with out stay at the Divani from the location (close to the Acropolis and the large shopping and dining area to within a 10 minute walk to the Hill—another great area for dining and drinking. "This was a wonderful place to stay. A historic house. Location was so close to Acropolis & Parthenon as well as restaurants. The room was beautiful. A wonderful homemade breakfast served every day. "Newly renovated, modern 2-bedroom apartment with balcony and rooftop terrace access within walking distance of the Acropolis! A/C, large showers. Easy check-in process with a responsive property manager. Parking in Athens is a challenge everywhere so research nearby parking garages if renting a car. Very nice, clean property in the most desirable part of Athens. Highly recommended!"

"Great location, central yet quite. A lot of food choices just steps away. Fantastic view. The apartment is functional as listed and comfortable for 4 of us, a couple and 2 teenagers girls. The only downside was that we did not use their utensils since we found one of forks one counter surface was dirty."

"Philippos is a great hotel. It is very close to the Acropolis. Room and amenities were high quality. Staff was helpful and gave great tourism tips. There is a sister property with restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was very good and changed daily. Price was very reasonable. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. There is good storage and good cleanliness of bedrooms.
Cons:
The building and street are noisy. The flat has no sound dampening at all, both in the living areas and the bedrooms. This means you can hear conversations, footsteps, and noise from the hallway, next door neighbours, and the street. The noise woke us up several times throughout the night.
