"The Viv unfortunately has lost its original luster since our family of 5 has stayed here for our Disney trips over the last 3 years. Despite having a clean, modern, and beautiful front lobby area, our stay was riddled with hotel fees. On top of paying the daily parking fee, Disney guests now have no choice but to drive and pay the Disney parking fee - the Anaheim Regional Transportation (ART) service to and from the parks is no longer in service since 3/31. The Valencia restaurant is also overpriced and the food is mediocre quality - Disney fare would be cheaper place to eat. And even though my kids love their fun, funky decor in the lobby, rooms, and hallways, as well as the bunk bed, during this last stay our room felt run down- the shower drain looked dirty, the bathroom grout needed a deep cleaning, and our room floor had a lot of scuff marks. And while the sheets were soft and smelled great, the beds felt lumpy, and my daughter noticed a lot of dust on the top bunk. The one possible saving grace we didn’t have a chance to use was the hot tub and pool - perfect size and depth for my young kids 4-10 years old. It still looks very inviting and many guests took advantage of this little gem. Sad to say, despite the very friendly valet when we dropped off our key, we will likely not stay here again."

"Perfect location for Disneyland "

"Overall it was really good. We walked to/from Disneyland, and it wasn't bad at all. The room was fine. We had a refrigerator and coffee pot, which was great. The room felt a little stripped-down, though. I had to chase down a hair dryer but luckily found a nice housekeeper who helped me, since the front desk couldn't.. They didn't automatically have them in the rooms, which I found weird. It was a great deal, though, and good location."

"Breakfast was nice to have and was fine.. we never gave ourselves enough time to eat though..decent coffee to go every morning was great! We only requested housekeeping one day and it was great. Exchanged Towels on another day and again good service. Parking was efficient and safe. Room was comfortable but some softer pillows would be nice.. Only drawback was the very long walk home from the parks at the end of the day (30 minutes it took) but we knew that when we booked and for the included parking an breakfast I would still do again.. but prepare yourself it’s a long haul "

"Room was overall clean, you can almost smell the bleach from the cleanliness in the bathroom. Staff was friendly quick and easy check-in. Free parking ! Close to Disney’s parking lot structure ! & affordable! Second time staying here & I would recommend for a quick affordable stay. This is nothing fancy so it’s worth just to rest and sleep and enjoy the parks. "

"It was ok. Nothing special. The location was good. And the price was good. Shower water pressure was good. The room was loud though, we were unfortunately next to a stairwell and could hear running water in pipes all night long. The sheets and pillowcases were horribly rough. We’d probably stay again though and hope for a better room, bring our own pillowcases. "
