"Bugs in the room! Unhelpful staff. "

"The rooms were fairly large but the hotel is extremely dated and in need of renovation. Lots of areas just in need of maintenance, for example the wooden shutters on my first floor room were broken in multiple places and when I tried the door handle on the connecting door it fell off in my hand. I could let all that go as the price was very good for Palm Springs area, so you get what you pay for, right? However the reason for my low rating was the loud music. Thursday night they had a DJ in the bar area, even though there was literally no one in the bar he was blasting that music like he was at Coachella. I could hear it clearly all the way down the hall and in my room. I asked for them to reduce the volume, which they did, but so minimally that it didn’t matter. It played until 10pm. I was traveling alone, but if I had little kids with me trying to sleep I would have been furious. "

"Spacious 1 bed room condo style hotel with kitchen, separate bedroom and large living space. We have stayed a couple times here and was always a great experience. We would go again."

"Countless things wrong with the room....like broken door handles, loud air conditioning, unwatchable television. But, hey...at least they charged us $15 a night to park our car. Seriously!!!"

"Large complex Long walk from room to the main pool/ bar area Room was nice and clean. Parking $30.00 per day is excessive considering the land in Palm Desert is inexpensive."

"The pool area was very lively and provided very tasty drinks and food. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast and very delicious. Happy hour cocktails the buildings are worn and could use some updating."

"Mold all over the bathroom walls and ceiling and “other” stains on the lower portions of the walls. Also, when requesting for a late check out, we were told that we have to ask in the morning because the decision maker wasn’t there in the middle of the day, the day prior to departure. Then when we called the following morning to request it, instead of saying something like, “that is possible, and there’s a fee” she literally said, “it’s going to cost you.” Weird! it turns out that it’s only $100 an hour and we needed one extra hour. So we paid it. But that was just weird."

"The staff was nice and the property itself looked good, but the room I had issues with. I was only there 6 hrs to sleep didn’t want to change rooms but the room was dirty. When I set my bag down and someone’s ring on the floor and then seen all the dust and hair on the floor by the baseboards ugh. "
