"Breakfast was excellent every day of our 5 day stay. It was the cleanest hotel room we have seen. All the staff were helpful during our stay. Thalia was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us making reservations, giving directions and advice. She arranged for a car rental for us that was much cheaper than airport rates and they delivered the car to us at the hotel. We kept it during our whole remaining stay in Crete. We were very happy with Thalia’s suggestions. We took the airport bus to the main Chania bus station which is only a two blocks from the hotel. We liked the hotel so much we even extended our stay by another day. Excellent place to stay in Chania!!!"

"This was a great experience for first time Chania. Its walking distance to all the attractions. The AC is excellent. There's a fridge ( you're going to want to buy and store the amazing wine and cheese while you're here). Bozzallo staff provided me with the phone number to a fair and reliable taxi service which allowed me to visit the stunning Seitan Limania beach, unreachable without a car, and permitted me to eat at the extraordinary To AntiKristo restaurant located just outside Chania. But the best thing about Bozzali is the service, I arrived at midnight, long after the check in time had finished and they sent me a video on WhatsApp explaining how to access my keys, check into my room and get the wifi working. Not many places in Europe will do that!"

"The front desk associates were very informative and provided helpful advice. We highly recommend the store across the street, ELAIA, for outstanding service. The owner provided information from olive oil, honey to skin care products - a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and personable. The views from the hotel are beautiful and while not a huge beach, it is nice and cozy with 2 pools and plenty of room for couples or families."

"My wife and I spent 5 nights at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is nicely located to conveniently walk along the beach, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast menu has good and healthy options, we loved it. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay very pleasant."
