"The property and rooms are extremely barbecues. I guess you get what you pay for, and I did choose this one for the cheap price so I can't complain too much, but it's pretty sketchy. Not a great location, there were lots of people hanging around the parking lot at all hours and someone set off TONS of fireworks one of the nights I was there, right outside my room in the parking lot. When I arrived there was a grungy looking washcloth folded on the counter, and clearly painted-over water damage...

"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. I have stayed at other places that had no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower but this room did. And a microwave oven and small fridge. It had a single cup coffee pot that was instant coffee pods not good for me. However this location was conveniently located across from a coffee shop and a another place just a small walk up a little hill, a bakery with tons of coffee...
