Check-in went smoothly, but I was given a room in which the heat did not work. The toilet ran most of the night. The mattress was rock hard, not firm -hard. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming during check-in. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained — plenty of room to unwind comfortably. Breakfast was above average compared to similar hotels, with a good variety and quality options. Overall, a solid and reliable choice. I would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel is located adjacent to a freeway. My wife kept waking up and got a terrible nights rest because the noise from vehicles. Our room was on the 2nd floor close to the ice maker. The noise from it startled my wife and woke up her up too. The desk staff were nice and professional at check in. However, it appears they limit their service to patrons using 3rd parties like Expedia. I asked for a printed receipt when checking out and was told it will be emailed since I went thru a third...

"Room was comfortable. But no waters and furniture was tired. But bed and bed linens were terrific. Garden views are very pretty. Just need an update and needs to provide waters.Feels very safe, and very quiet though! "

"The place was run down. Nothing like the pictures that they displayed on the web site. The area appeared to be nice, but they had many surveillance cameras throughout the property and homeless wandering about. The only thing positive was that the room was clean, though run down. Definitely not as it was portrayed in the ad. "
