"Checked in and asked for a quiet room away from others since we have an autistic child that has episodes when around loud noises. Checked into room with dirty pillows and uncleaned room, baby diapers behind couch. Got in late with 3 kids and told front desk about already room issues. Come 10pm the entire floor was having a party around us and people above us kept stomping. Called front desk again and told them we need to be moved to a top floor as I had initially requested in the first place,...

"We did one night here, and it was very nice and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the room was very big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was sufficient, too. There is a good amount of parking and the grounds are secured walls with entry gates, so I felt my car and the stuff I needed to leave inside it were safe and secure. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel was very run down and needs a full makeover. Peeling paint everywhere, the elevators were incredibly dingy, just general grubbiness everywhere. The traffic noise from the freeway was very loud and the walls in general seemed thin, I could hear a lot of activity in the hallway. The room was generally OK and seemed fairly clean, though there were several hairs all over the shower walls from a previous guest."

"What I didn’t like was the ice machine was not on our floor and no one told us we went to most of the floors and blearily found any until the 3rd floor it was a good place but I would of like to been informed about the ice machine and the washer and dryer was also on the 3rd floor no one told us there was one was locked at other then that I like the place and would go back"

"Excellent stay for the price! Very clean rooms and super friendly staff. Pool was out of service but the burgers are awesome and for a great price. The free breakfast buffet was tasty and a great selection. For parents looking, yes they have the waffle maker! I stayed in East Lodge and that building is a bit tattered but the room inside was exceptionally refurbished and looking nice. Very comfy mattresses, nice full pillows, my room even had a small kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee...
