"It was completely fine, just two issues: 1. I was told I had a runway view room, but the runway was on the other side of the building! 2. I didn't check in at a particularly busy time, but, even so, it took a very long time. Queue handling / staffing just didn't seem very effective - quite surprising as I'd stayed at Radisson hotels before and it was fine"

"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"A room fridge would have been nice. Being able to keep the bathroom door open would also have been nice. I want to play the lobby's display guitars! Why put strings on them if we can't play them? (No one likes a tease! 😆) Very cozy and comfortable, though. An easy walk to the city centre and the train station - so convenient!"

"It was well signposted from the station so easy to find and about 15 minute walk to the terminal. Very modern inside. The only issue we had was on the evening where they ran out of all lagers so it left a lot of guests disappointed. Food was delicious and not too expensive but I don’t like how they add the service charge to the bill. Some guests may not notice this and it should be our choice whether we want to tip or not."

"We only had an overnight stop here, but it was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and general public areas of the property were all fine. We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. Would definitely stay here again."
