"We had a great stay at Level. I think it’s a really good option for a longer trip, especially if you want more of an apartment-style setup and a convenient location. The staff was amazing from start to finish and truly made the stay stand out. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the service alone would make me come back.
The location is also very convenient and worked well for getting around Chicago, especially if you don’t mind doing a bit of walking. For our family, I think it felt...

"I enjoyed our overnight visit at the Wit! Took a while to arrange the car valet service, by front desk check in was prompt, and we were happy with the room on 10th floor with a good view of the river. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very quiet on that floor, bonus! The pillows are so wonderful, we slept well! Love the location! Not far from the Art Institute, and Millennium Park, and lots of good restaurants and nearby shopping! I would stay here again, except the restaurant...

"The hotel is in a convenient location to the blue and red lines. The hotel staff was friendly. We did not spend a lot of time in the room but we thought the room was a little small and the bathroom was problematic. Counter space was a little limited. The backlit bathroom mirror kept dimming. The pressure assisted toilet was not clearing the bowl. The bed was comfortable."
