Hotel murah di Andover

"Pool was GREAT. Truly. Big poop. Big space. Kids loved it. Room was solid. Breakfast was ok. Initial staff that checked us in was great, the other staff essentially treated us like we were an inconvenience. And when we were just loading up the cart / leaving the room, the phone rang at 11:02 (I know this was the exact time because I checked my watch) with the old man up front barking at us "uh, you know checkout was 11?!" WILL NOT COME BACK. "

"Property was very clean inside and outside. Rooms looked like they were recently remodeled. The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. We went to a concert at Vibrant Arena and it was very convenient to get to the venue and back. I would stay there again."

"Pool and hot tub were broke I paid $200 for one night without access to the pool or bar area that has pool table none of this was compensated either. I think they should have gave us a partial refund. We came for the pool and they didn’t have one or offer any type of discount or refund. Sad because I went 5 years ago and it was much better."

"Horrible, and I would not have made it a big deal had they given my money back but I got there saw the place looked nothing like the pictures and wanted my money back instantly. Literally 5 mins after it was booked. They refused to give me any kind of refund. I was on the phone an hour had to call 2x the whole time my kids are in the car bc they refused to give me my money. I’m still trying to get my money back for a room I never stayed at. DO NOT BOOK!!! They steal peoples money refuse refunds....

"Hot and cold breakfast GM was great and staff very friendly and helpful You can fly and park at hotel for 1/2 the price airport charges, and have a shuttle The suites are definitely a plus I felt pricing was good"

"We wouldn’t even take a shower there due to how nasty the bathroom tub was. Which for me was hard for a Two night stay. We checked the beds as we always do and no bugs was there or no bed bug spots or no roaches came which was a plus but they need to use bleach or something to get those bathrooms cleaned better. Staff was really nice, restaurant next door is a hard no but it was the only thing around. Hotel just needs to be updated and deeply cleaned "
