Je croyais avoir réservé une chambre communicante, mais finalement, c'est plutôt une section privée que nous avons eue : 2 chambres, dans un même couloir qui nous est exclusivement réservé. Bien que j'ai communiqué avec l'hôtel, à multiple reprise, pour leur aviser de notre arrivée hâtive, nous avons tout de même dû attendre pour avoir nos chambres. L'hôtesse est cependant très polie et agréable pour pallier au problème. Mais à quoi bon d'avoir des formulaires, des textos...

"Lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Bolougne. However, they did put me outside in an annex type of accomodation that required climbing 2 and 1/2 stories on a spiral stairway that was pretty tight. If you have large luggage or are not capable of climbing stairs, make sure that you are not put into this room. That said, it was VERY quiet and comfortable."

"Very pleasant and centrally located. Bright, big and modern bathroom. Tiny bedroom but that’s normal for France. Super comfortable bed. One quibble is a lack of closet to hang dresses; that was a rod over a counter with 3 hangers but that wasn’t much."

"We had a reservation for four days, but they told us that we have to change a room in day 2 because of a mistake in booking. They offered us on the spot to totally refund us if we did not agree. However, we had to agree because it was impossible to find another hotel on the same day it’s gonna be very uncomfortable. They give us a slight upgrade with a smaller room, but with a better view.
