This hotel was wonderful! The staff was helpful, the bed was so comfortable, the air conditioning worked well (which was important because it was 95 degrees), the pool was nice and the location was perfect. I will absolutely stay here again if I make it back to Paris.

This is a beautiful comfortable property. Excellent for a group with its amazing common areas. There are many personal touches and comforts in this intimate boutique/spa hotel. Excellent attentive staff and very comfortable beds and showers. The hotel is in a great neighborhood walkable to many great cafés and shopping. If you’re a group of four ladies or more get the four rooms on the fourth floor and you’ll love the terrace! We would definitely stay here again! We had a group of 10 celebrating 2 80th birthdays!

I enjoyed the pool& sauna. I was disappointed with the breakfast, as the buffet offered very limited options and the dining area was extremely small, with only about 18 seats.The reception staff were neither professional nor welcoming. This was the worst hotel reception experience I have ever had. • Incorrect city tax charges: They charged city tax for both of my children, which was later found to be a mistake. • Insufficient information at check-in: They failed to provide complete information about the pool and sauna, including their opening hours and location, as well as the gym’s opening hours and location. • Unwelcoming and accusatory behaviour: Whenever we left the hotel for the day and returned, the reception staff never greeted us. On one occasion, a female receptionist even followed us out onto the street and demanded that we tell her our room numbers. It turned out that she had mistaken us for guests who had booked a taxi. This could easily have been handled in a much more polite and professional manner, rather than making paying guests feel as though they were being accused of doing something wrong. • Poor handling of the city tax refund: the same receptionist seemed to assume that I was lying when I explained that I had paid using a virtual bank card through Apple Pay rather than a physical card. The issue was simply that processing the refund required her to enter the Apple Pay card number manually, which made the process slightly more inconvenient for her.

Beautiful hôtel and well located. Only issue encountered is the noise. I’m a light sleeper and we could hear everything from all sides of the room. The elevators are right by the door so we can hear it loud. Otherwise it’s very charming and lovely.

We loved this hotel. The location was great. It was quiet. Comfortable bed and great shower. Good sized room. It was lacking a bit if light though. There were two small lamps butbit wasn't enough light when the curtains were closed while getting dressed. Other than that it was perfect.

The first day my room was not ready for 2.5 hours beyond the check-in time (3pm). I was supposed to be informed if it was ready and it appeared they forgot about me. Besides that, the bathroom at times had a funky smell to it, though I can say I never did tell them to check that out because it wasn’t strong enough to make me want to pack everything up and move to a different room. Pretty friendly staff, especially the gentleman at night that got me extra towels when the housekeeper did not come in on the second to last day.

This is a very good hotel for the money in a very vibrant part of the 15th. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The breakfast is great. The rooms are a little small but not unreasonably so for Paris. The big bummer was that the pool was closed for renovation and this wasn't announced during booking. We booked just 6 weeks from our stay so it's not like they wouldn't have known. We didn't go to Paris to swim, but we did expect this amenity.
