"Location is great, check in was easy and the receptionist nice too. The room looks really nice but I would not call it a luxury room as they sell it. The hot tub didn't work properly, only a bit of bubbles and water was not even warm enough. They also controlled the temperature in our rooms and we should be able to do so . It has enormous potential if they fix the tub. Still recommend staying here"

"3A & 3D-We moved from our single room to adjoining suite as a 3rd person was joining us. The suite was great but the adjoining room was very small and the shower just flooded everything when used. The air conditioning quit working but the property was aware and worked to correct (had to wait on part). A fan was brought up which helped immensely. Still a great property overall and wonderful staff."

"The hotel is very cute and has a great location. It was about a 15-20 minute walk where ever I wanted to go. The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and cute but would be tight if it was two people. It rained so I didn’t use the pool but the roof looked like it would be great. My breakfast wasn’t included but could be bought for 20 Euro. No really dinner restaurant on cite. Pricey "

"****BED BUG ALERT Room 401*** I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I found a live bed bug crawling on my bed after it had already bitten my leg. I took the live bug to reception to show the staff, but he was completely unprepared to handle the situation. The response from the person at the front desk was simply to kill the bug and he invited me back to the same room.
