"This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are great, mine had two queens (party of three). As in inside facing room it was super quiet, which was very important. Everything is plush. Staff is great. FWIW, and this didn’t matter to me, as it’s in the financial district, there isn’t the same nightlife and dining choices, as it’s more of a work destination area. The Willis (FKA Sears Tower) is two blocks away. It’s only a 25 minute bus ride to 900 North. Millennium Park is a short walk directly east....

"The room was spotless clean and beautiful. It’s a very modern concept with and I pad that you can use to control the Lighting, ambient lighting, music , blinds and TV. Very fun and original experience! The personnel was super nice specially Jenetta went above and beyond to be sure we got a great 1st time experience. Definitely this will our favorite hotel in Downtown moving forward! "

"great location. 7-11 starbucks arbys panda express are nearby. walking distance to millenium park willis tower riverwalk. breakfast is great and changes somewhat everyday. checkin staff are polite"

"Stayed here when it was the Burnham and thankfully it is still a gorgeous property. Very noisy outside - street “drummers” were loud and incessant from 8am - 7pm. Missed the old wine/happy hour. "
