"We stayed here to go to a Chicago White Sox game and it was perfect. Close to the train and also within walking distance from the park. Definitely will stay there again!"

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"I landed in at midnight and they had one bed left I was able to sleep which was great because I was very jet lagged. You can't beat the price for a last minute reservation in the loop."

"The shower head broke on my daughter as she was in the shower. She was afraid that they were going to be charged for it. They went down to the desk and explained what happened and the first is thing they ask is "are you ok!" She was fine. They came and replaced it and gave them $100 off their bill and gave them some other stuff too free. I would say that is good customer service!!"
