We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We will cherish our playtime with you all. Highly recommend your hotel and will forever sing your praises. Don’t ever change your doing great as you are.

Great location , staff and hotel

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. Housekeeping staff were amazing, super friendly and so helpful, rooms absolutely spotless, huge shower room in Rm 202 2nd floor, right next to elevator. Fab room as we had loads of cases & bags. Prime location, we actually walked to Ghiardelli square and Fisherman's Wharf from there, used Waymos quite a lot they were super fun 😁 The only con I have is for some unkown reason in San Francisco, folks like to roar about on motorbikes from about 7pm-12am ish and from our room, quite loud,...

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

First time stay at this hotel. Great location. Great public transport almost on doorstep. Great customer service at front desk. Al at the bar was excellent and gave some great tips on getting about. We were in Room 504, and had a view of Alcatraz and the Bay Bridge. We asked for a mini fridge and coffee making facilities, and by the time we got back from our trip for dinner, they were set up in our room for us. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean areas, good size room and pool. Gym a little light on equipment.
