The hotel did not know the reservation made. They gave a dirty and small room. We reserved a deluxe room... Toilet and bathroon flooded. Tissue everywhere, the flipflops given has no pair and used.... We ended up checking out to transfer to other hotel. Also very expensive...

Best Western Plus Metro Clark
Surprisingly nice in comparison to other best western hotels in the US. The 2 bedroom suite is very big, beds were comfortable and bigger than a king bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
