"The property is run down. Underrisable people around loitering at 12:30 am. We checked in and and checked right back out, we didn't stay. They charged us for our reservation. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Burbank for the night. I would take this property off your site. Had to go through a run down lobby to get to the rooms, limited pool hours, run down parking area, etc."

"Th staff dint handle a situation the right way. I was trying to go to sleep and it all started around 10pm that lasted until around after midnight. Some adults and kids were running and being super loud down the hallway claiming to be from a place not sure if it’s a gang or what but they were super loud and were running back and forth on the hallway one of the adults looked drunk I have a small video of them I showed it to the receptionist and since she didn’t see anything in person herself sheet say anything to them so those people kept being loud and I couldn’t go to sleep till very late "
