"Lovely peaceful short stay away from shower works at my house. Gorgeous room, yummy breakfast, car parking for guests, pretty gardens and smiles from the great team there. Nice remote ish location, not far from train station/local shops."

"Lovely village location and excellent food! We had a room at the front but next time would ask for the back of the building as it was slightly noisy on a warm evening. But, highly recommend"

"Great location. Inflexible menu on the day so had to eat elsewhere no accommodation La were made for us. Clean room
But many hairs in the bedding inbetween mattress protector or bottom sheet. Attention to detail would be worthwhile and signs on other guests doors to ask them to be mind full not letting doors slam in the morning would be helpful."

"Great location and Mark and Richard were very welcoming . Mark gave us lots of suggestions of where to eat and places to visit near by.
Room very comfortable, great that parking was free across the road in the car park as we were guests. A nice touch.
If we come to Littlehampton again would stay here again."
