There are a group of young people at the front desk that in my opinion deserve recognition for their professionalism and courteous attitudes, these young men and women made our stay at Mitsis's a memorable experience. "Loved everything. Room was large with lots of storage. Situated on a quiet courtyard with small balcony and Acropolis view. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, mini fridge, espresso machine. Staff was great. Rooftop restaurant/bar had excellent food and a magnificent view of Acropolis. Lovely pool and outdoor dining area in courtyard. Good service and snacks in bar. Great buffet breakfast daily. Nothing to complain about at all. Everything was great."

"While the hotel’s location near the port is convenient, our experience was mixed. The front desk woman staff often came across as dismissive and didn’t seem to fully listen to guests during conversations. We observed this not only during our own interactions but also while sitting in the lobby and watching them engage with other customers. The rooms also had some issues. The bathrooms showed signs of mold and could benefit from a thorough cleaning or mildew treatment. The air conditioning was...
