Nice hotel located walking distance from many restaurants and cafes, just know that if you have a car and are staying a few days it can get expensive since the valet is $40 per day. Hyatt Place Ann Arbor
The property is very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. Breakfast was a tragedy for me. Everything from convenience foods and preservatives

The Kensington Hotel
It is a very average place. The rooms were not very clean, not in great condition, few amenities. However, the desk staff did their best to make up for property deficiencies. The restaurant breakfast was outstanding.
