"This hotel is in the middle of the city and is conveniently located to everything. 15min walk to Sydney Harbour and 5min walk to Darling Harbour. Room size was decent. The bed was so comfy and the room was clean. If I had to complain about anything (which is out of the hotel’s control) is the loud cars driving by. Definitely a great stay with friendly staff. "

"The Hotel was convenient to North Sydney Station. My problem (with a 'botched' Knee replacement) was the steep steps up to the hotel with my overnight bag. I use a walking stick. It was suggested I could have negotiated the steep path beside the driveway to the rear of the hotel, however, I think that may have been more difficult. The staff very kindly upgraded me to a 'view' room which pm was just the most sight to behold. All in all a great stay - I will stay again when I need to consult...

"The full time counter staff were especially helpful and friendly at all times. The cleaning staff responsive and willing to adjust to our requests. The room was comfortable with appropriate lighting and two comfortable chairs for two guests. The many power points made charging our devices easy. "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. I let them know it was a special romantic getaway and we were given a free bottle of champagne! The food was exceptional and the rooms beautiful with lovely soft big bed and stunning views, also fully stocked mini bar. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful at all times.
