"The staff was excellent and very understanding and accommodating. We were a large group traveling, and the staff really tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel itself is nice and modern. It could've been cleaner (found some chocolate and other things on the floor in the room). The toilet area could definitely be cleaner. But overall, it was okay. The location was very good, and the views and accomodations were great. The taco place next door was a gem! And we also had fun...

"Loved the spacious sweet with quality and Punta kitchen items. It was very comfortable and AC worked very well and loved having a ceiling fan. Shower pressure was a bit low and sleeper sofa mattress was a bit thin. Breakfast was the best buffet ever for this class hotel. Location cannot be beat."

"We chose to stay at the Omni, because it was attached to the mall. The Omni is truly a convenient location for dining, shopping and walking around, if you need to minimize your time outdoors. Staff was nice and we received towel service when requested. We parked with the valet, but never moved the car until checkout. Delivery of our car was quick."

"The staff was available for every thing I asked and very kind in answering. There's a full kit of hairdryers in the bathroom so if you're looking for staying there you won't need yours. There's also a really nice restaurant right below the hotel, but it's quite expensive: worth every cents because the food and the staff are amazing, but if you're tight with money I don't recommend it. Just a very little bit noisy because there's also a karaoke bar near the hotel but it's reasonable. Definitely...

"Horrible stay, room smelled like smoke, had empty bottles of booze in it. The smoke detector was removed from the wall and they tell me after I don't get the security deposit back for these reasons. For the amount I paid I should have just got a hotel Also, so much noise outside until well past midnight"

"It’s a great bargain to stay here. It’s like a big house—it was a firehouse! Big kitchen, two big shared bathrooms (one is toilets/urinals and the other is two sinks and four shower stalls with doors, soap provided). Quiet place but it’s very close to businesses. Quirky history and friendly, helpful staff. After booking, a deposit paid by credit card online and identification card emailed to the host, are both required before check in key code is provided. "While the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, everything else about this location was disappointing. There was a hole in the window screen, so we had to keep the window closed. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, it was quite damp following using the shower. The clientele of the location were quite frightening, we will not be returning."

"Very convenient location. Just steps away for the commuter train if you want to go to Boston. Car rental and returns is also walking distance. And it is also connected via the interlinked that brings you straight to the aiport. The room is very clean. Free breakfast is amazing and free parking as well!"
