Situated right in the heart of the historic center steps away from the iconic Markusturm tower, the location couldn't have been more perfect for exploring the town.
What truly set this stay apart was the remarkable customer service, especially from Lilo, who was absolute sweetness personified. Even though the hotel doors are typically locked at 10:00 PM, she personally stayed after hours past midnight just to greet us and ensure we checked in smoothly. Being welcomed with such genuine warmth after our late-night arrival touched us deeply and set the tone for the rest of our time there.
The hotel itself seamlessly blends rich history with modern luxury, featuring an exposed stone wall that is part of the original structure dating back hundreds of years. Walking through the corridors and room felt like living inside history, yet every modern comfort was thoughtfully integrated into the design.
